You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will talk you through it and cover the rest.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, and we will not ask you to send it back at your own cost.

How much pasta will they lift?
A full single portion in one pass. The chuck is deep and the teeth are long, so the pasta is held rather than sliding back into the pot.
Can I leave them resting on a hot pan?
Yes. The whole tool is heat resistant, so it can sit against the rim of a hot pan between stirs without any damage to the steel or the grip.
Will the handle slip when wet?
The handle is finished with a non slip grip made for exactly that: a steamy kitchen, damp hands and a heavy pan of boiling water.
What else are they good for?
