Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us, and larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will talk you through it.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, and we will not ask you to cover the return postage.
