You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will talk you through it and cover the rest.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, and we will not ask you to send it back at your own cost.

How much does each jar hold?
Each jar holds around 8oz, roughly 240ml, which comfortably takes a full supermarket packet of ground spice with room to spare.
Are the lids really airtight?
Yes. A silicone gasket sits inside the bamboo lid and presses against the glass rim, sealing out air and moisture so ground spices stay loose and whole spices keep their aroma.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
The glass bodies are dishwasher safe. Wipe the bamboo lids by hand and let them dry naturally, which keeps the wood looking new for years.
Will the glass take on colours or smells?
No. Glass does not absorb pigment or scent, so a jar that held chilli flakes will happily hold sea salt next month after a simple wash.
Do they come with labels?
Yes, a sheet of black write on labels is included, so you can name every jar in your own hand and relabel whenever you change what is inside.
