You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will talk you through it and cover the rest.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, and we will not ask you to send it back at your own cost.

How much does it hold?
1.5 quarts, which covers a stew for one or two people, a side dish for a larger table, or a small loaf of bread.
Do I need to season it?
No. The enamel coating removes all of that, so there is nothing to re oil and you can wash it with soap like any other pan.
Can I cook acidic food in it?
Yes. Tomato, wine and citrus are all fine, because the enamel sits between the food and the iron and prevents any reaction.
What is it good for?
Stews, braises, small loaves, baked eggs, milk, porridge and gratins. It is oven and hob safe and doubles as the serving dish.
How should I wash it?
Let it cool first, then wash normally. Avoiding sudden temperature changes is the one thing enamel asks of you, and it repays it with decades of service.
