Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will talk you through it and cover the rest.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, and we will not ask you to send it back at your own cost.

Can it take a lid straight off a boiling pan?
Yes. The frame is stainless steel with no plastic to discolour or soften, so heat from a lid fresh off the hob does nothing to it.
Will it fit my lids?
The uprights are spaced to take a range of diameters, from a small milk pan lid up to a large casserole lid.
How do I empty the tray?
Lift it out, tip it and rinse it. There is no need to carry the whole rack to the sink or wipe out a fixed base.
Does it hold utensils too?
It does, and that is half the point. A spoon, a spatula or tongs rest on it between stirs with the drips going into the tray.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, though a wipe usually does it. Stainless steel comes out bright and there is nothing on it to rust.
