Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch and we will talk you through it and cover the rest.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, and we will not ask you to send it back at your own cost.

What size are they?
Each towel is 35 by 35cm, the size that actually fits in a hand. Big enough for a dinner plate, small enough to hang on an oven rail without trailing on the floor.
Will they leave lint on glasses?
No. The weave is tight and low lint, so a wine glass comes up clear rather than covered in fibres.
Do they get less absorbent over time?
The opposite. Cotton opens up with washing, so these get more absorbent over the first few cycles and then stay that way.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash at high temperature whenever they need it. The tight weave resists pilling, so they keep their shape and texture wash after wash.
What else can I use them for?
Dishcloths, hand towels, napkins or a liner for a bread basket. At this size they slot into whatever the kitchen needs that day.
